Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross achieves 5-star Euro NCAP Safety Rating

MITSUBISHI Motors Corporation (MMC) has today announced that its all-new Eclipse Cross SUV Coupe has secured a 5-star safety rating with excellent overall performance.

With safety as one of its strong-suits, the Eclipse Cross has scored high within the ‘Small Off-roader’ vehicle class, achieving a 97 per cent rating for Adult Protection.

Furthermore, the new SUV Coupe’s ‘Forward Collision Mitigation’ system demonstrated good performance with collisions avoided or mitigated in all test scenarios and at all test speeds.

Overall, Eclipse Cross scored maximum points in many of the various tests performed by Euro NCAP, helping the vehicle to secure a 5-star safety rating.

The New SUV for Mitsubishi is now available to order at Croxdale Mitsubishi Durham with first delivers expected to arrive January 2018.

Croxdale Mitsubishi is helping to put this year’s Northumberland County Show on the road to success with the supply of a Mitsubishi L200.

The dealership, which is located on the A167 around four miles outside Durham city centre, has loaned the show’s organisers the eye-catching pick-up truck to assist with the promotion and running of the popular event, which takes place on 29^th May at Bywell Hall, Near Stocksfield.

Over 30,000 visitors are expected at the show, which brings together the farming and equine communities for a huge one-day celebration, and Croxdale Mitsubishi will add to its involvement by showcasing a number of Mitsubishi models.
